Cassandra Willson CB, BCom (Acc), RN

Founder / Managing Director

As Founder and Managing Director of CNB Bookkeeping, I work with small and growing businesses that need more than basic bookkeeping. My focus is on providing reliable, hands-on financial administration and accounts support, helping businesses keep their day-to-day financial operations accurate, organised and up to date.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and more than five years’ bookkeeping experience, I have worked across a range of businesses and accounting environments. I have extensive practical experience with Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, GST/BAS, inventory and operational accounting processes.

I am a registered BAS Agent and a Member in Practice of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, providing clients with qualified, professional support backed by current compliance knowledge and ongoing professional development.

My approach goes beyond processing transactions. I work closely with business owners to understand how their business operates, improve financial processes, resolve issues and create practical systems that keep accounts running efficiently. Where required, CNB can operate as an outsourced accounts department, providing ongoing support across the day-to-day accounts function rather than relying on a single in-house employee.

Before moving into accounting and bookkeeping, I worked as a registered nurse. That experience has also given me a strong understanding of healthcare businesses and the NDIS, including the administrative and financial complexities faced by providers operating in these sectors.



I’m supported by a small team, allowing CNB to provide clients with continuity, responsive support and processes that aren’t dependent on one person.
